Guangzhou/ Hong Kong/ Macao/ Chengdu Youth Skills Competition 2014 was successfully held in the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal on 31 October and 1 November. The 2-day event received overwhelming response from the public. Competitors from the four participating cities demonstrated skills excellence by competing in five trades. Visitors also enjoyed participating in some 20 'Skills Connect DIY' activities to experience the pleasure of learning skills.

Outstanding Hong Kong competitors may have a chance to represent Hong Kong to compete with young professionals from all over the world in the WorldSkills Competition to be held in São Paulo, Brazil in August 2015.
