The School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE) is a self-financed arm of the Vocational Training Council (VTC). It offers top-up bachelor degree programmes to VTC’s Higher Diploma graduates and other sub-degree holders in collaboration with overseas universities. Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties at bachelor degree level, such as supervision of students' projects, laboratories and field works; |
(b) |
To review and prepare teaching and learning packages with both international and local contexts and practices; |
(c) |
To carry out academic related administration duties and attend meetings in academic and other related meetings; |
(d) |
To attend professional training and/or seminars as invited by the School, where necessary; and |
(e) |
To participate in school / departmental projects and functions, where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised master’s degree in related discipline; |
(b) |
At least 4 years’ relevant teaching experience at tertiary / degree level or professional experience at an appropriate level of responsibility in Aviation Industry; and |
(c) |
Good record of research, and preferably experience of dissertation / project supervision. |
