IVE Engineering has organized a number of high-quality professional development training courses for practitioners in the Engineering Discipline including construction, electronic and electrical engineering; mechanical and building services engineering; and transportation engineering. In order to meet the increase in demand for our services, we are looking for executive assistants to provide high-quality logistic support to the promotion and operation of the training courses.

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To assist supervisors in supporting SharePoint and other programme administration system with relevant stakeholders; |
(b) |
To perform server data backups at regular intervals; |
(c) |
To timely update the IT security software under the supervision of the respective VTC authority to ensure the highest level of protection in cybersecurity; |
(d) |
To provide other general office IT and graphic design support; |
(e) |
To provide support to publicity and promotion activities; and |
(f) |
To provide support in course administration, including handling course enquiries, student admission, student records, timetabling and class briefing. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
(i) |
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR |
|
(ii) |
A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects, and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR |

(iii) |
A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin; |

Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
(b) |
Proficiency in computer software application, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; |
(c) |
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; |
(d) |
Pleasant personality, good work initiative and customer-oriented with good telephone manners; |
(e) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and |
(f) |
Graphics design skills are preferrable. |
