    Term Executive Assistant II (Exam)
    Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK)

    Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.  More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.
     
    Major Duties:
    (a) To provide quality support in one or more of the following areas for professional examinations:
      (i) invigilation;
      (ii) preparation of documents; and
      (iii) other logistic support;
    (b) To handle public enquiries; and
    (c) To provide clerical and general administrative support service to the office.
         
    Requirements:
    (a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
      (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
      (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
      (iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
      (v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
    * Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
    ^ Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
    (b) Meticulous and with good customer service and problem-solving skills;
    (c) Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
    (d) Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
    (e) Good interpersonal and organisational skills;
    (f) Ability to work independently and be a good team player;
    (g) Self-motivated and customer-oriented; and
    (h) Preferably with 2-3 years relevant invigilation / customer service fields experience.
       
    Notes:
    (1) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours or work irregular hours or on shifts, and work on alternative Saturdays.
    (2) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different locations.
