Major Duties: |
(a) |
To support the planning, coordination and implementation of student admissions exercises; |
(b) |
To take part in development, enhancement and review of student admissions related computer systems, design system report templates and perform quality assurance of reports; |
(c) |
To assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing policies, systems and procedures in the areas of student and programme-related administration; |
(d) |
To prepare and update the administration guide, workflow and user manual; |
(e) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit; |
(f) |
To handle students, public enquiries and complaints independently; |
(g) |
To perform administrative work relating to office administration, human resources, finance and procurement; |
(h) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective delivery of support and services; and |
(i) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; or |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level; preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
Preference will be given to candidates with good understanding in student admissions; |
(d) |
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing and maintaining homepage; |
(e) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua; |
(f) |
Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; and |
(g) |
Self-initiative and be a good team player. |

Notes: |
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese. |
(3) |
Appointee(s) may be required to work outside normal office hours and work on Sundays and public holidays as necessary. |
(4) |
Immediate availability is preferred. |
