Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement at the bachelor's degree level; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration including initial moderation of assessment and exam papers; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessments materials including syllabus writing and teaching plan; |
|
(d) |
To deliver the course face to face and carry out relevant tasks, such as monitoring the learning progress of students and providing study advice; |
|
(e) |
To carry out various administrative duties; |
|
(f) |
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and |
|
(g) |
To supervise students’ dissertation*;
*these duties only apply to the module of Dissertation. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised Master's degree in related disciplines and/or equivalent professional qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 4 years’ relevant teaching and / or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
Knowledge in BIM execution planning, Autodesk applications (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 Glue), business administration, human resource management, construction project management, building engineering, construction technology, digitalisation, energy and environmental management or construction sustainability will have an advantage; and |
|
(d) |
At least one year of experience in project supervision at tertiary education*.
*these requirements only apply to the module of Dissertation. |
