    Assistant Manager / Officer (Marketing)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To support the development of digital marketing initiatives for VTC programmes and assist in the setup and management of digital corporate communication platforms;
    (b) To implement seamless cross-platform digital marketing campaigns across social media, mobile marketing, online advertising, and website projects to drive measurable results;
    (c) To assist in developing content strategies and manage daily updates across all digital channels;
    (d) To manage and optimise digital CRM and database systems to support targeted outreach;
    (e) To track, analyse and report on campaign performance, turning metrics into actionable insights for continuous optimisation; and
    (f) To partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all digital initiatives align with VTC’s strategic objectives.
       
    Requirements:
    (a) A recognised degree or equivalent;
    (b) At least 2 years of digital marketing experience covering social media, mobile marketing, online advertising, website development, digital CRM and database management;
    (c) A strong understanding of the latest trends in social media, mobile marketing, digital / web analytics, and website optimisation;
    (d) A good track record of creating innovative campaigns that engage young audiences; experience in education marketing or youth culture is an advantage;
    (e) Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua;
    (f) A collaborative team player with good interpersonal, communication, and project management skills;
    (g) Knowledge or experience in using AI and data analytics tools to support job responsibilities is an advantage; and
    (h) Able to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
       
    Notes:
    (1) The post is at the rank of “Officer”.  Suitable candidate(s) with more experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager.
    (2) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
    (3) Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written test.
    (4) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and at different work locations on a need basis.
