|
Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To formulate and organise campus-wide promotional activities, including visits, Information Day, Fun Day, school talks and other ceremonies, etc.; |
|
(b) |
To execute marketing activities on Campus, such as digital marketing campaigns and advertising plans across multiple media; |
|
(c) |
To develop promotional materials, publications, videos, websites and other digital contents; |
|
(d) |
To build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as other operational units of the Council, school sector, parent groups, NGOs, vendors, contractors and collaborative partners; |
|
(e) |
To coordinate and follow up on procurement and budget-related matters of the marketing activities; |
|
(f) |
To provide administrative support in marketing, public relations, alumni relations, corporate communication, media affairs, publishing; and |
|
(g) |
To serve as secretary in boards and committees. |

|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the field of Marketing / Marketing Communications / Advertising / Public Relations / Digital Marketing / Design and Database Management; |
|
(c) |
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua; |
|
(d) |
Creative thinking, self-motivated, good problem-solving and analytical skills; |
|
(e) |
Multi-tasking and detail-oriented with good project and management skills; and |
|
(f) |
A good team player with the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |
