Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum, teaching materials, assignment / test paper if necessary; and |
(d)
|
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |
|
|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in food and nutrition, or related disciplines; |
(b)
|
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching / industrial experience in relevant areas, e.g., nutritional services, health food products business, food or catering services, and etc. |
|
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(d) |
Good network with the nutrition and health related industry. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment. |
