Building Information Modelling, Building Services System Design, Piped Services and Fire Safety Installations, HVAC Technology, Indoor Environment and HVAC Systems, Electrical Installation, Construction Technology Management, Commissioning and Maintenance, and Industry-based Student Projects. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning, and assessment materials; and |
(d) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects, and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars, and exhibitions. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, presentation, teaching, and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(d) |
Good records of linkage with industry / professional bodies or with solid industrial experience would be an advantage. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
