Major Duties : |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, including teaching relevant Engineering modules, 3D Printing, UAV teaching activities; |
|
(b) |
To perform duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and |
|
(d) |
To participate in campus projects and functions, including STEM related activities / competitions, digitalisation, consultancy services, seminars and exhibitions, where necessary. |
|
|
|
Requirements : |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Building Technology & Management / Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent or professional qualification, preferably with post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; |
|
(c) |
Strong commitment to serve the youth and less academically-inclined students; and |
|
(d) |
Experience in the design of teaching and learning packages, and good records of linkage with industry or professional bodies would be an advantage. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |

(5) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
