Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide marketing communications support such as drafting presentation, digital marketing contents, marketing collateral materials, website and social media contents, feature articles for newsletters and publications etc.; |
(b) |
To plan, monitor and execute media and publicity strategies, campaigns and activities to enhance the publicity mileage of the Institutes; |
(c)
|
To support promotional activities such as open day, corporate events, culinary competitions, engagement programmes and VIP functions; and |
(d) |
To take up publicity related duties. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in public relations, journalism, media studies, translation or related disciplines, or equivalent |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at supervisory level in public relations, journalism or translations; |
(c) |
Good experience in public relations agency or in-house PR department will be an advantage; |
(d) |
Good media network and have a full understanding of media needs and media relations; |
(e) |
Good proficiency both in spoken and written English and Chinese; |
(f) |
Mature and self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management; |
(g) |
Excellent organisational and planning skills; and |
(h) |
Ability to work independently under pressure. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated
places as assigned. |
