| Major Duties: | 
		
			| (a) | To provide support in one or more of the following areas: | 
		
			|  | (i) | general administration and human resources matters; | 
		
			|  | (ii) | course administration and student admissions; | 
		
			|  | (iii) | procurement, supplies and stores administration; and | 
		
			|  | (iv) | administrative support for senior level staff; | 
		
			| (b) | To handle enquiries and provide counter services; | 
		
			| (c) | To support the operation of Evening Studies Unit; and | 
		
			| (d) | To support activities and events, including ceremonies, publicity and promotional activities. | 
		
			|  |  | 
		
			| Requirements: | 
		
			| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR | 
		
			|  | (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR | 
		
			|  | (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin; OR | 
		
			|  | (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR | 
		
			|  | (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. | 
		
			| * | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. | 
		
			| ^ | “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. | 
		
			| (b) | Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and / or simple webpage design; | 
		
			| (c) | Good command of English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; | 
		
			| (d) | Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; | 
		
			| (e) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and | 
		
			| (f) | Good work initiative and be customer-oriented. |

			| Notes: | 
		
			| (1) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. | 
		
			| (2) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside office. |
