The School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE) is a self-financed arm of the Vocational Training Council (VTC). It offers top-up bachelor degree programmes to VTC’s Higher Diploma graduates and other sub-degree holders in collaboration with overseas universities. Applications are now invited for part-time (Daytime) Lecturer posts for the programme of BA (Hons) Graphic Design offered at SHAPE (DILWL) in the academic year 2025/26. |

Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops and project supervision at the bachelor’s degree level; |
|
(b) |
To carry out academic-related administration duties, including setting and marking assignments, moderation, and serving in academic and other related meetings; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
|
(d) |
To coordinate guest lectures; and |
|
(e) |
To participate in school projects and functions, where necessary. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised master’s degree in relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant subject areas; |
|
(b) |
At least 4 years’ relevant teaching experience at tertiary / work experience in the respective field(s); |
|
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills in English; |
|
(d) |
Good interpersonal skills; and |
|
(e) |
Preference will be given to candidate(s) with teaching experience in tertiary education. |
