Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration, which include managing
programme and class schedules and related IT systems, such as the time-tabling system; |
|
(b) |
To assist in preparing and reviewing programme documents as well as related statistics and reports for programme validation, accreditation, programme evaluation; |
|
(c) |
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and delivery of training programmes; |
|
(d) |
To assist in coordinating student projects and events; |
|
(e) |
To provide support to the boards / committees / working groups, including drafting papers, reports and serving as secretary; and |
|
(f) |
To perform administrative duties related to financial and supplies matters, and general office administration. |
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or professional qualifications, preferably in the discipline of Hotel and / or Catering Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
Preferably with work experience in Hotel and / or Catering Management or in tertiary educational institutions; |
|
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese; preferably including Putonghua; |
|
(d) |
Good administrative and organisation abilities; preferably with experience in project management; |
|
(e) |
Good IT knowledge and skills; and |
|
(f) |
A good team player with the ability to work independently and willing to meet challenges. |

The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”. |

Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. |

Work location is in Pokfulam. |
|
(4) |
The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
