Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To provide support in academic administration for programme planning and related exercises; |
|
(b) |
To collate figures, compile statistical reports and perform data analysis; |
|
(c) |
To assist in the operation and maintenance of the Programme Planning Management System; |
|
(d) |
To assist in handling internal and external enquiries for programme information and statistics; |
|
(e) |
To perform administrative work relating to human resources, general administration, and facilities management; and |
|
(f) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective operations. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in educational institutions or comparable organisations; |
|
(c) |
Strong aptitude for figures and quantitative information, supported by advanced skills in data management tools (Excel, Power BI); |
|
(d) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
|
(e) |
Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; |
|
(f) |
Self-initiative, detailed-minded, willingness to meet challenges and able to work independently; and |
|
(g) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. |

Notes: |
|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / work on shift duty. |
