Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To manage Virtual Production Studio and various workshops and prepare training materials, fixtures and equipment for daily operations; |
|
(b) |
To provide technical support and assist in demonstrations for teaching, projects and events; |
|
(c) |
To support, operate and perform maintenance of the equipment for multimedia, video and virtual production operation; |
|
(d) |
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, equipment and consumables; |
|
(e) |
To maintain the safety and tidiness of the workshops / studios / laboratories; and |
|
(f) |
To provide technical assistance in campus activities. |
|
|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia, Film, Technical Arts, or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
|
(c) |
Solid experience in one or more of the following areas: broadcasting, console studio lighting, video mapping, LED wall setup, video editing and AI; |
|
(d) |
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; |
|
(e) |
Good communication skills, able to work independently, self-motivated and be a good team player; and |
|
(f) |
Good knowledge of common computer / educational software, lighting and audio setup, lighting console programming, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking would be an advantage. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and / or outside normal office hours. |
