Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to trainee admission, academic administration and placement services; |
(c) |
To develop and review programme curriculum cum teaching and learning package; |
(d) |
To support career guidance to enhance trainees' employability; and |
(e) |
To participate in Centre's projects, seminars and promotion events, where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree, preferably in Social Science, Social Work or a relevant discipline; |
(b) |
At least 4 years' relevant teaching or work experience; |
(c) |
Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
(d) |
Good classroom management, organisational and administrative skills; and |
(e) |
Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience of adult training programme. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |

The work location is in Ma On Shan. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to transfer from one working location to another to meet the operational need of the Centre. |
