Integrated Vocational Development Centre

Major Duties:
(a)	To perform teaching duties;
(b)	To carry out duties in relation to trainee admission, academic administration and placement services;
(c)	To develop and review programme curriculum cum teaching and learning package;
(d)	To support career guidance to enhance trainees' employability; and
(e)	To participate in Centre's projects, seminars and promotion events, where necessary.

Requirements:
(a)	A recognised degree, preferably in Social Science, Social Work or a relevant discipline;
(b)	At least 4 years' relevant teaching or work experience;
(c)	Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese;
(d)	Good classroom management, organisational and administrative skills; and
(e)	Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience of adult training programme.

Notes:
(1)	Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)	Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
(3)	The work location is in Ma On Shan.
(4)	The appointee(s) may be required to transfer from one working location to another to meet the operational need of the Centre.
