Major Duties: |
(a) |
To assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives for student recruitment in Hong Kong / Mainland and overseas for the Council; |
(b) |
To support in content creation, including videos and website content, as well as oversee VTC’s official social media accounts such as WeChat and other emerging channels; |
(c) |
To organise events and seminars, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, including website analytics, social media engagement and lead generation; and |
(d) |
To assist in the design and production of marketing collaterals for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials and events. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the fields of Marketing / Marketing Communications / Corporate Ccommunications / Public Relations / Digital Marketing; relevant experience in targeting Mainland audience is preferred; |
(c) |
Experience in developing multimedia and digital content; good understanding of digital analytics and website management; |
(d) |
Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua); |
(e) |
Good planning and project management skills; and |
(f) |
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |

The post is at the rank of “Officer”. Suitable candidate(s) with more experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and will be required to travel to Mainland with short periods of stay. |
