Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including student assessment, operating and maintaining training facilities and equipment to support teaching and learning; |
(b) |
To assist in programme development and teaching and learning packages; |
(c) |
To perform duties in relation to student and academic administration; and |
(d) |
To participate in departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to fashion show, consultancy services, research studies, short courses, seminars and exhibitions, where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised higher diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent; |
(b) |
A least 3 years’ work or teaching experience in the relevant industry; |
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; |
(d) |
Good records of linkage with industry or professional bodies would be an advantage; and |
(e) |
The ability to pass a trade test. |

(1) |
Candidates without the required academic qualification stated in the General Requirement (a) but possessing 8 years’ work or teaching experience in the relevant industry may also apply. Where applicable, these candidates may be required to have a Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 3 qualification. |
(2) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
