Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide support to food and beverage (F&B) related programmes; |
(b) |
To participate in functions and projects of the Section, including but not limited to: |
|
(i) |
planning of the materials required for daily operational needs; |
|
(ii) |
provision of logistics support to practical classes; and |
|
(iii) |
procurement, receipt, storage and inventory control of consumables for the Section; |
(c) |
To assist in organising the new workshops and function rooms for practical classes and guests; and |
(d) |
To provide support in the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of equipment / apparatus / software. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Hotel and / or Catering Management, or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in hotel / catering industry; |
(c) |
Preferably with a Hygiene Supervisor Certificate or equivalent; |
(d) |
Preferably with relevant work experience in deli operation and / or stewarding in F&B establishment; |
(e) |
Good knowledge of trade specific terminologies; |
(f) |
Good command of English and Chinese; and |
(g) |
Proficiency in basic computer applications. |

Notes: |
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a trade test. |
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
