Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and |
(d) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments and departmental projects. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
Good presentation, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(c) |
Good records of work / teaching experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage. |

The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus. |
(5) |
