Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
(d) |
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; |
(e) |
To act as Module Coordinator of Structured Whole Person Development Programme; |
(f) |
To design and organise student developmental programmes or career activities; and |
(g) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to student activities, consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience, preferably with experience in teaching and developing the generic skills modules, leading discipline projects, organising experiential learning programmes, adventure-based activities and training, student services or youth work; |
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua proficiency; and |
(d) |
A good team player and able to work independently and work under pressure. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
