Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.

Major Duties:
(a)	To perform teaching duties;
(b)	To propose lesson plan;
(c)	To develop and prepare training materials, assignments, examination papers and marking schemes;
(d)	To mark students’ assignments and examinations;
(e)	To carry out duties related to student and academic administration;
(f)	To write Standard Operating Procedures; and
(g)	To attend meetings when necessary.

Requirements:
(a)	A relevant recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)	At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in property management areas or training experience in relevant subjects;
(c)	Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and
(d)	Candidates with sound knowledge in drafting Standard Operating Procedures would be in advantage.

Note:
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
