    Term Executive Assistant II
    Headquarters (Academic Services)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
      (i) general and office administration;
      (ii) finance, supplies and store administration;
      (iii) logistics support for meetings, events and activities;
      (iv) filing, and data entry;
      (v) promotion & publicity activities and committee work; and
      (vi) student admissions;
    (b) To assist in documentation management, and the compilation of reports and statistics;
    (c) To assist in updating database and telephone follow-up for the survey;
    (d) To assist in system / website maintenance and update;
    (e) To prepare promotional materials;
    (f) To draft simple correspondence; and
    (g) To handle enquiries and provide counter services.
     
    Requirements:
    (a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
      (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
      (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
      (iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
      (v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
    * Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
    ^ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
    (b) High proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
    (c) Knowledge in graphic and multimedia design, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, UX Design and developing digital content, would be an added advantage;
    (d) Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua;
    (e) Good work initiative, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
    (f) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
    (g) Preferably with relevant work experience.
     
    Notes:
    (1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
    (2) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / work on shift duty.
