Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas: |

(i) |
Human resources management; |
|
(ii) |
Student and course related administration; |
|
(iii) |
Administrative academic support (e.g. Student admissions, student services, student records activities and matters relating to course planning and operation); |
|
(iv) |
Financial and supplies matters (e.g. Compiling financial reports and statistics, preparing costing documents, and administrating subsidies); and |
|
(v) |
General administration and facilities management; |
(b) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; |
(c) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; |
(d) |
To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit; and |
(e) |
To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification; |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in corporate training, educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua; |
(d) |
Strong problem-solving, planning, project management and team-building skills; possess a creative mindset, as well as strong analytical, organisational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; |
(e) |
Self-initiative, a willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and |
(f) |
Knowledge of AI technologies is preferred. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
