Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To conduct lectures and perform other teaching related activities or duties, such as preparing teaching materials, setting assignments and examination papers, and marking both assignments and examination scripts for the programmes in the above subject areas (teaching materials and lectures will be in either Chinese or English); and |
|
(b) |
To attend coordination meetings when necessary. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
For specialism (I): a registered architect; |
|
(c) |
For specialism (II): a HKIE member AND a CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) or BIM Coordinator (CCBC); |
|
(d) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(e) |
Experience in curriculum and training material development and instructional design is preferred; and |
|
(f) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese. |
