Major Duties: |
(a) |
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing support to fashion and design related projects, events and exhibitions; |
(b) |
To support in research, design and publication of project contents, distribution and other related activities; |
(c) |
To support event promotion, including but not limited to management of social media channels, creating social media contents and supporting in press release for event activities; |
(d) |
To assist in financial and supply matters, including procurement, sourcing, budgeting, preparation for auditing, and sponsorship arrangement; |
(e) |
To assist in the coordination of student projects and events; |
(f) |
To support in event data collection, assisting in preparation of project proposals and reports; |
(g) |
To support in general administrative, logistics management for activities and technical support; and |
(h) |
To provide academic support to programme development, learning support to student projects, and to perform teaching duties where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Media or a related discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
Preferably with relevant experience in content creation and/or project management and event planning; |
(c) |
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and effectively in teams; |
(d) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and |
(e) |
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator and After Effects. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |
(4) |
Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
(5) |
Immediate availability is preferred. |
