Major Duties: |
(a) |
To work closely with all stakeholders, including both internal and external parties for planning, management and implementation of fashion and design related projects, events and exhibitions; |
(b) |
To solicit sponsorship for projects, functions and events; |
(c) |
To support administration, logistic management, and quality control for events, exhibitions, and visits; |
(d) |
To support in financial and supply matters, including procurement, sourcing, budgeting, preparation for auditing, and sponsorship arrangement; |
(e) |
To support in events’ and activities’ promotion; |
(f) |
To support in the coordination of student projects and events; |
(g) |
To prepare project proposals and reports for events; and |
(h) |
To provide academic support to programme development, learning support to student projects, and to perform teaching duties where necessary. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in Fashion Design / Fashion or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience in relevant fields; |
(c) |
Preferably with relevant experience in project management and event planning; |
(d) |
High motivation for course / new project development; |
(e) |
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and effectively in teams; |
(f) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; |
(g) |
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects; and |
(h) |
Records of linkage with industry / professional bodies would be an advantage. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
