Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties in all related Physical Education courses, including preparation of course materials, curriculum development and student assessment; |
|
(b) |
To organize sports and recreational activities; |
|
(c) |
To carry out student and academic related duties; and |
|
(d) |
To plan, design and organize students’ activities and experiential learning programmes. |
|
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A relevant recognized degree in physical education/ sports/ sport science or equivalent, preferably with post-graduate qualifications in Education; |
|
(b) |
The ability to teach a variety of sports and fitness activities, including but not limited to Physical Fitness, Yoga, Emerging Sports and Ball Games such as Football, Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball & Table Tennis; |
|
(c) |
A proven record with relevant teaching & related working experience is preferred; |
|
(d) |
Experience in teaching non-engaged youth is preferred; |
|
(e) |
Good presentation, communication, teaching and facilitation skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. |

(3) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/ professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/ professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English. |
|
(5) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
