Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, including preparation and delivery of teaching materials, supervision of students’ projects and other academic activities; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To confirm and verify the student performance and attendance; and |
|
(d) |
To attend meetings when necessary. |
|
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Property Management, Housing Studies, Building Engineering & Management, Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health, Event Management, Administration & Public Management, Public Administration & Management, Marketing or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ teaching and/or industry experience in either one subject area in Hong Kong; |
|
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills, and writing skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(d) |
Candidate with good experience / knowledge in one or more of the following area(s) would be an advantage: |
|
|
(i) |
Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344) and Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626); |
|
|
(ii) |
Buildings Ordinance & Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance and New technologies for building maintenance; |
|
(iii) |
Event organising & marketing and Customer management; and |
|
(iv) |
Social media management and Short video production. |
