Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To assist Marketing Officer in executing programme activities, events and campaigns, including basic media editing and graphics creation; |
|
(b) |
To support production of promotional materials and collaterals, including inventory tracking; |
|
(c) |
To manage social media content and assist with website updates; |
|
(d) |
To handle event logistics, inbound calls, stakeholder liaison and appointment booking; |
|
(e) |
To provide general administrative support (e.g., visitor itineraries, procurement assistance, basic reports); and |
|
(f) |
To perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or his / her delegates. |

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in the areas of Multimedia Design & Production, Media and Communication, Marketing & Public Relations or relevant disciplines; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience; |
|
(c) |
Experience in using design software would be an advantage; |
|
(d) |
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(e) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus. |
