Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
|
(d) |
To support career guidance to enhance trainees' employability; and |
|
(e) |
To participate in Centre's projects, seminars and promotion events, where necessary. |
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree, preferably in Social Science, Social Work or a relevant discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 4 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
|
(d) |
Good classroom management, organisational and administrative skills; and |
|
(e) |
Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience of adult training programme, preferably in the areas of Child Care, Business Services, or Information Technology. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(2) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The work location is in Ma On Shan. |
|
(4) |
Appointees may be required to work / transfer from one working location to another to meet the operational requirements of the Council. |
