Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop course curriculum and teaching materials; |
(d)
|
To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions; |
(e)
|
To participate in networking with industry and sourcing industrial attachments, organizing seminars and talks for students and soliciting student scholarships; and |
|
(f) |
To carry out any other duties as assigned. |

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised relevant degree, or equivalent professional qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ full-time relevant teaching / industry experience; |
|
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; |
|
(d) |
For the Physiotherapy specialism: |
|
|
Registered Physiotherapist (Part Ia) under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and valid practicing certificate issued by the relevant boards in Hong Kong; and |
|
(e) |
For the Occupational Therapy specialism: |
|
|
Registered Occupational Therapist (Part I) under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and valid practicing certificate issued by the relevant boards in Hong Kong. |
