    The media, business community and general public will find it far easier to access the latest Vocational Training Council (VTC) and local and global vocational and professional education and training (VPET) news and images following the launch of the brand new VTC Newsroom web page today (18 May).
     
    The web page, at: http://www.vtc.edu.hk/html/en/media/vtc_newsroom.html , is a one-stop shop, utilising a sleek new interface to offer updated VTC and VPET news and information and provide a dynamic new user experience. The user friendly VTC Newsroom will also facilitate greater in-depth media coverage of the VTC and VPET.
     
    The brand new VTC Newsroom provides the following functions:
     
    Editor's Choice:  
    Handpicked by the editor and complemented by an easy-to-navigate interface, the latest media rich VTC press releases and feature stories are at the fingertips of the reader.
     
    VTC Digest:
    The new web page features magazine style coverage of VTC people and events, profiling students, alumni and staff with memorable pictures.
     
    Press Releases:  
    Press releases are accompanied with high-resolution photos which will be immediately available for the media to download. 
     
    VPET in Focus:
    The new web page will share the latest news and publications on vocational and professional education and training (VPET) to keep readers abreast of developing trends.
     
    Expert List:  
    A brand new interface gives the media a quick search facility of VTC experts and their contact information.
     
    Photo Gallery:  
    High-resolution campus photography of all VTC member institutions will be available which the media can access with a single email request.
