| In view of the impacts arising from adverse weather conditions, all classes of Shine Skills Centre, a member institution of the Vocational Training Council (VTC), will be suspended tomorrow (18 September 2018). The centres will keep the premises open under safe conditions and arrange staff members to take care of students who have a genuine need to return to school. |
